If you are struggling with autistic burnout, this guide will help you understand what is draining your energy, what helps restore it, and how you can manage your energy levels to reduce or avoid burnout.
After the success of my Autism Diagnostic Guide spreadsheet, I wanted to create a resource that helps after diagnosis, whether that diagnosis is official or self identified. I know how difficult autistic burnout can be, and created this resource with every autistic person who has struggled with burnout in mind.
This guide includes:

• A page dedicated to Energy Swaps, with simple ways to reduce the energy needed for everyday tasks
• An Energy Accounting spreadsheet to help you track daily activities and better understand how they affect your energy levels

I don’t usually do reviews but I must say this spreadsheet has helped me massively. It’s really put into perspective how my everyday activities impact me and what activities I should reduce and increase to prevent me from getting burnt out. I feel this will have a huge impact on my life long term!
