For so much of my life, I constantly questioned why I felt so different, as if everyone else was given this manual to life that I'd never received. I was given labels like shy, bossy and anxious, but knew that deep down there was more going on. Finally, at the age of 25, I was diagnosed as Autistic, but felt that there was little support or information out there to help me understand myself. I began sharing my journey on TikTok and realised that others had the same problems. It was with other Autistics like me in mind, that I created my 'Autism Criteria Guide', which has already helped hundreds of people understand how they fit the Autism Criteria. I hope that this, or some of my other products can help you in understanding yourself, because at the end of the day, you can't make something better unless you know what is wrong.
